IPad Spray Charts

Downloaded Ipad app today..On the IPad app, I have scored and completed a game. When I click on the player in team or player manager, the spray charts are empty. Please advise.

Also, I have iscore on my iPhone from last season. We are on a different team. How to I get iscore on my iPhone and sync with my new team that I am now managing on my iPad?

If the spray charts are empty, the usual reason would be that the game has not ended (which is when the hit charts are written to the database). Go to Game Manager, and see if there is an "F" next to the game (meaning Final). If there is not, select the game, select Play, then use Misc -> End Game to let iScore know the game is over.

If there IS an F, then you can select hitting stats for the team from the Game Info screen, and select Recalc. This will re-write all stat data (including hit charts) to the database.

To transfer games / data between the iPhone and iPad versions of iScore, you can use Data Sharing as described here:

There is an F. I hit recalculation and am still not able to see spray charts. Please advise.

If you do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore), and tell us an example of a player you entered hit locations for, we can take a look to see what is going on. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

One additional thing to check might be Leagues. Go to League Manager, and make sure you have a checkmark next to the All league, then try viewing the hit charts again.

I'm having a little trouble viewing and exporting (emailing) the hit charts )or spray charts) from the Admin website. I have done an 'Export' from the Options on the iPad.

I can see the "View hit charts for this team" button using the Classic Admin page (and can save it as a PDF), but I can't find it on the New Admin page, nor can I get the Team spray/hit chart from the iPad.

I can get spray/hit charts for each individual player on a team from the iPad, but I'm looking for the 1 pager with the whole team.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the new admin website the spray chart icon is in the upper left. On the device there is not a team view of hit charts, only the individual view.

How can I set the hit charts to display only the hits in the league I want from the admin site? It shows all.

Not possible on the admin website. This can be done on the optional team websites.
