Emailing player stats to parents

I am sure I am missing something simple, but I am having difficulty emailing individual player stats to their parents. I go to the player info screen, select player card, hit the email button and then use the + button to pull up the parent email address from my contacs. I then hit send and get a window saying the email was successfully sent. However, the parent never received the email. I tried this with two players and neither worked. I was able to send my son's stats and one of the other kids' stats to my email. Any help would be appreciated.

If the parents are not receiving the emails, they are likely winding up in the SPAM folders of those parents. Tell them to check there. If their email client has a way to add friends or "white list" email addresses, if they can add "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com" to their friend list, that will help make sure the emails get through as well. Also, if they can just send an email to "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com", that will sometimes clear the way with their email provider to receive emails from that address as well.
