Player spray chart not updated with last game

I scored a new game last night, and was looking at the player cards today. None of the hits are shown on the player card of those who hit the ball. The scorebook does show the locations. I did make sure the game was ended, and even tried a recalc on the teams. Any advice?

It may be a league issue (maybe game is assigned to a league and player or team is not.) Make sure that All Leagues are checked and try again.

Thanks for responding. I tried that and they still don't show. Interestingly, they do show up on the admin website. FWIW, I am using the iPad edition, newest version.

The only difference between the report on the website and the report on the device is the device filters by league, and the admin website does not. If you want to do an Options -> Export, and email us your customer ID and the specific player where you are seeing a different, we will take a look. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.

Turn on the Special ALL league in league manager.. Then check the player profile..

User had to force close iScore and re-open, and then the hit chart was fine. Only thing we can think of is maybe there was some memory issue going on and the restart fixed it.
