can't get games to show on stats on website

i'm having trouble getting games to show on website.. i had the summer league and once i created a new league it started adding to other league.. SOOOO i deleted all player and stats .. i have 2 games that will not show up on website stats page. i have exported and emailed about 5 times.. the games have been ended on the ipad but they still won't update.. i have changed leagues serveral times but still can't get them to show on the website..i have used the program for about a year and added leagues before without issue. someone please help.

Is this a Team Website you are referring to? Is it possible you have gotten a new device since the site was purchased? If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website and the Customer ID of your device, we can check it to see what is going on. Your customer ID can be found on the Options screen.

the web site is driven by the team you used to purchase it, double check all the leagues are assigned to the team that need to be, (under Team Manger > Select team > Leagues.. this is just as important as under game manager.. my first guess that is the issue league assigned to game but not to team. ..

that said, you mentioned deleting some items, need to use extreme caution when deleting players, games, teams etc, that as you would expect can cause problems if you delete the wrong thing. ,

only deleted games and players.. i didn't delete the team which would cause issues.

thanks for the info. i created different leagues and added the games to ALL leagues in the attempt to get it to show on the website.. no luck

(FYI - when you create the team Web site it is for the specific team, the team gets assigned a unique underlying id . If you delete the original team you purchased with or try to use another team as a substitute ... the underlying id gets corrupted/ won't match, The only solve for that is through FTM support by email. If that is the situation,. no worry, they can fix it but that would explain it. .)

That said what i suspect has happened is you did not assign the league to the team on your device (common miss).

I did not hear you say you checked the league assignments in Team Manager for your team..

The Team assigned to the web site needs to be assigned to the league (s) (eg. Fall 2011) of the games you want to show up on the web site. Team Manager > Select Team > Leagues >(eg Fall 2011)

The games also Need to be assigned to the same league (eg Fall 2011) you assigned to the team
Game Manager > Select Game(s) > Leagues > (eg Fall 2011)

Need ti=o do both, Then re export data Options > Export

i have added to all leagues serveral times but still won't show.. I would assume that the unique ID is the issue.. This is why i didn't delete the team..

support generally responds quickly to emails, if you think you messed up the Team, the only way the team looses its identifier is when the team is deleted or you use a different device.....

although not mentioned, I assume you did an Option > Export to update the web site.

Also for future reference, . "ALL" league is a special league, in the software. you likely will want to create and use unique leagues you create to manage games and teams etc.

The issue in this case is something we occasionally see... the Default League had been set to a league that used to exist in Team Website Settings, and had since been deleted. This leaves the Team Website in a state where it is trying to display data for a league that does not exist. The easy fix when this occurs is just to visit the Settings screen on your Team Website logged in as Admin, and click Save (which will save the "All" league as the default when you previously had an invalid league selected).
