no photo upload option without Admin password ?

I can't get the 'Add to Photo Gallery' options on our photos page unless I use the admin password. I have tried both with and without a 'Photo Upload Password'. I have also tried using the same password for 'Guest' and 'Photo Upload', or different passwords. Nothing ever works, except the 'Admin' password.

What might I be doing wrong ?

All three passwords (Guest, Photo, and Admin) must be different. The Photo Upload option is available when you are logged in with the Photo or Admin Password. If you have any of the passwords the same, the system will treat it as the lowest level access when you log in.

Thanks. This is good info that I didn't know. Unfortunately, it still isn't working for me. I have 3 separate passwords for admin, guest & photo upload. When I am completely logged out, and try my photo password it doesn't take it, almost as if I'm typing it incorrectly. Guest and admin work fine. I've double and triple checked that I am using the same password that I set in 'settings'. Where do I go from here ?

Send us an email to support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen) and remind us the email is because "the photo upload password is not letting you upload photos", and we will take a look at your account.
