Team website and Ipad show different games than my.iscorecen

Earleir this week the ipad was wiped cleaned because of a software upgrade. When I reloaded the app I noticed that the last several games werre not on the ipad. I went to the my.iscrecentral.com web-site and the 6 missing games are there, I then went to the team web-site that i purchased and noticed it had the same data as the ipad. How do i get those 6 missing games merged back into the rest of the season? The my.scorecentral.com site actually shows the 6 games as Scorecasts, not sure what that means.

If you have not scored anything new on the device, you can just do an Options -> I port to bring all the data back to your device.

Are you saying the 6 missing games are on the GAMES tab or the SCORECASTS tab. of my.iscorecentral.com ..it was not clear in your post. and it may make a difference.

the GAMES tab of the my.isocrecentral.com site should match the GAMEs on the Team web site for that team, but the ISCORECAST list of games can be different. If the list of games on the GAMES tab of admin site does not match the list on the GAMES page of team web site - please check the suspect games on the device have the right leagues assigned and that you do not inadvertently have two versions of your team .

Thanks again for such quick responses. Sorry for not being more clear. The Games tab on my.iscorecentral.com and the team website are the same. The last 6 games of the season are not showing up there, nor on the ipad. However they are found on the ISCORECAST tab on my.iscorecentral and I would like them to be merged. I'm concerned they will be lost if I'm not carefull.

(hold off any more exports or imports while we trouble shoot, FTM keeps last three exports on file, Lets not try and use them up re updating bad data)

that makes sense the Games tabs would be the same and iscorecast tab different.

Lets be double sure the 6 missing games are not on the iPad. in league manager, turn on ALL league, and check the game manager listing for the missing games.

will ALL league still on check team manager for potential duplication of team name.
(possible you have two versions of your team, one that iscore associates with your team site and a new one post the data wipe that is spelled the same but does not have the same underlying team id._

I can confirm all leagues checked in league manager, they do not apear in game manager. I can also confirm there is no duplication of team name in team manager. The last game on the ipad, team website and games tab from my.iscorecentral.com is dated 7.16.2011. The missing 6 on ISOCORECAST tab are from 7.18 thru 8.07.

You can use Data Sharing to pull the iScorecasts back to your device. To do this, go to Options -> Data Sharing -> Get from Web Database.

For user name, enter "sc:XXXXXX" (be sure to include the "sc:", and replace XXXXXX with the Customer ID found on the Options screen in iScore.

For password, enter the password you have set in Options -> Admin Website on your device.

This will lists all games that have been iScorecast that do not currently exist on your device, and you will be able to import them back to your device.

glad you are all good to go . Once all games on your device, (Yeah) for each of the "6 lost games" you will need to re email yourself the scorecard and please Option > Export to update your Team Site.

(sounds like what happened is you scored a few games right before your ipad got wiped (sorry) but had not Option > Exported them. You got 'lucky' having iscorecasted them (Yeah) and as such had an emergency recovery option. Many folks are unable to iscorecast from a field w/o internet connectivity so you were fortunate. We recommend Option > Exporting after every scored game. [/color}. that way if you loose your device or device gets wiped a simple Option >Import can recover, but the Datashare SC:########## method is a great emergency save too, just more time consuming)
