Pitching change on score card
Edited substitution after game for pitching change at beginning of an inning. The first batter hit the first pitch for an out. Purple line on score card indicates pitching change occurred after that at bat. I changed the substitution to before the last pitch of the prior batter in the bottom of the prior inning, no change in appearance on score card. All stats and pitch counts are correct.

Re: Pitching change on score card
If you can do an Options->Export from iScore, and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com, and tell us which game/inning/player is involved, we can take a look. Please send a reminder of what the issue is as well so the person responding in email has the context of the issue.

Re: Pitching change on score card
I have seen this on occasion as well, and thought I reported it (but maybe I didn't). If you need more data let me know and I will try and find one of my games where this happened. I know it does not happen every time.

Re: Pitching change on score card
We think it is our special "move the purple lines for anyone tied to the Tigers" feature.
If you do have a case of this, yes, we would like to see it.

Re: Pitching change on score card
I've seen this too. One case I have is when the at bat for the batter only has one pitch. I found another player that hit on 1st pitch and subbed the pitcher on that play and the line appears after the batter. I'll try to see if I have this in any other instance.
ETA I also see this if the batter is skipped and you go in on that batter to change the pitcher.

Re: Pitching change on score card
You associated with the Tigers in any way Aimee? Rats, there goes that theory.
Thank you for the additional details. If you do happen to have a case on your device and can email us your Customer ID and which game/batter you are seeing the issue on, that will be very helpful. Thank you.

Well, if you mean LSU Tigers, but I have no Tiger games scored. I do have cases and will send my customer ID and game info.
