I had to import my data. due to a snafu which was my fault....and it is up to date. However, when I try to send the last game to e-mail it simply spins and doesn't go to my e-mail. What's up?

We don't believe there are any issues with our email servers at this time. Is it just a specific game that you can not email? Does the game show as Final (an "F" next to it in Game Manager)? If not, make sure you go in to the scoring screen and use Misc -> End Game to let iScore know the game is complete. If the game goes the full number of scheduled innings, this is automatic, but if a game ends early for any reason, you ned to let iScore know when it is over.

I did all of that: I've been used this program for a long time.....the game is done, everything is listed, ready to go, but the e-mail (when it is pushed) just spins around. I've even hard set my iPhone4.

Is this for a specific game? or any game you try and email?
We just sent an email from an iPhone 4 here with no trouble, so we can confirm the servers are not having issues.
If you are having trouble with a specific game, you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game you can not email and we can take a look.
If you are having a failure when emailing ANY game, then tt sounds like maybe an internet connection issue. Try going to Safari on your device, and try browsing to http://iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to make sure your device is able to connect.

I don't want to to talk down to a long time user. so take this as a suggestion.. when i have reset my program before, I have forgotten to re enter my email address. (seriously just so used to it being already in there by default, left it blank on accident). Are you sure you entered your email address correctly. ?
