Uploading photos of players

I am trying to load pictures into the player profile of a player. I click on the camera once the player manger comes up. Pull the photo from my pictures modify it and then when I click use my screen goes black and it takes me to the iPad desktop. Is anyone else having this issue and if so what did you do to fix or get around it?

Are you connected to the internet while trying to upload? The photo functionality requires an internet connection as the photos are saved in your account on our server.

yes I am connected to my wifi and as soon as I click "use" the screen goes black and my ipad desktop comes up.

Try a reboot of the iPad the repeat the procedure. My iPad does some squirrelly stuff if I don't reboot every once in a while.
