iScorecast could not retrieve games

I am trying to prep for a tourney and set up scorecast so familes can "watch" games. However, scorecast cannot retrieve any games. I am wondering if it has to do with my customer number. We had to change tablets a month ago. I have tried testing it by i-scorecast synchronizing a previous game but it still doesn't show up. Any suggestions?

(by the way, did you have a team site on your former device ?)
