We did get an email from TIVO that their email provider security was compromised... it is possible major email providers have tightened restrictions on email because of this.

We are trying to figure out what is causing our email to not be delivered by some major providers, but have not found a solution yet. We do know that deliveries to @gmail.com addresses, @hotmail.com addresses, and @yahoo.com addresses are working fine, along with most others.

The only ones we have identified so far that seem to be failing are "@comcast.net", "@cox.net", we believe there was an "@optonline.net" report, and now you are saying your @xxx.rr.com (Time Warner) email is not working.

We will keep this forum posted as we find out more information. We will also be creating a test page shortly to both test your email address, and test our email server with a test message to see if that will help resolve anything.

We think we have identified the problem. It appears that this company:

http://csi.cloudmark.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Has marked our server as potentially sending SPAM because of the increase in volume in recent days, and several large ISPs (including the ones previously mentioned) use Cloudmark as their source for blocking emails.

The increase in volume of emails is because of the increase in volume of iScore Users! We have sent the request to reset our email server statistics and the site says the statistics should be reset within 24 hours, so hopefully email will soon be working again for those with ISPs that are using Cloudmark services.

I emailed stats to myself and a friend last night. the friends came through but I never got mine. Any ideas as to why mine would not go through? I just saw comment above about optonline. I have optonline can I do something to rectify this with them?

The above mentioned issue with Cloudmark is likely the cause. Have you tried emailing to yourself again this morning? We sent the reset request to Cloudmark late last night and they said it can take up to 24 hours for the reset to complete, but we have already had reports of email working for customers that were effected by this.

Since I started this thread a mere 48 hours ago and on a weekend no less, the interaction among users and the quick resolution by FTM has been amazing. I was hesitant to post in the first place cause this kind of issue could emanate from anywhere including just something particular to just me. Glad I did post and, echoing Tom's comments above, there is no better software support or customer support of any kind anywhere. You guys (including those of you who regularly contribute to these forums) ROCK!

I am getting my emails now within split seconds!

The "Optonline.net" email problem seems to be resolved now. I have received all the emails that I sent through the system.

Thank you for your quick response.
