I just emailed myself game stats, no problem, received within a few minutes..

Perhaps those that are having issues can add some more detail ..
( also if you are emailing game stats, try emailing for both teams)

Here is what I did..
Emailed game stats (game manager > select game > email > all options)
(html excel, csv, PDF, both teams) and to one email address

I also tried sending to multiple email addrsss with space in between each...

I tried name@aol.com. Name@gmail.com. Name@gmail.com all worked...

I completely understand that not getting emails out is not good...

I have been able to receive the stat emails with no issues at my home email name@cox.net in the past including up through last night. Today nothing. I also selected different combinations of the email options, but that didn't help either. I tried also tried differentname@cox.net and also rec'd nothing. However, when I tried my cell phone email name@vzw.blackberry.net it worked. Not sure if this helps identify anything, but it is all I can tell you about the situation.

We have had reports of cox.net and comcast.net users not receiving emails from our servers. We would suggest contacting your email provider and asking why you are unable to receive emails from "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com". It seems as if they are treating our emails as SPAM. We have searched "blacklists" for our email server, and do not appear to be on any blacklists, so do not understand why some users are experiencing this.

I've had the same issue all day too. I have tried several different emails with the various ISP's and domains I use. Charter, Go Daddy, Earthlink, none of them are getting through.

I have cox.net and checked my spam folder and nothing is there. This is disappointing.

I saw that OhioTex said that his gmail account email is working. Went ahead and setup a gmail account and it's receiving the emails from Iscore. Those accounts are free if you're as desperate as I was to update my league site with stats before parents start asking me about where those stats are.

I can confiem that gmail works. cox.net, att.blackberry.net and possibly yahoo.com are not working I email the stats to the coaches after every game and non of them received the emails except once yesterday.

I will continue to send to my gmail account and forward to them for todays games.

My account is comcast and I have sent an email to their customer support for assistance as directed above. However, I will say that it might be better for iscore to contact them rather than all of us. Just a thought.
