Lost game

I scored 3 games on the iPad version yesterday with no issues. On the way home, I even looked at the scorebook and everything was complete. I switched over to team manager and noted it only showed 2 games. I went back to game manager, and the last game had disappeared. I confirmed it was not a league issue. When I got home, I tried a backup of the data, but it gave an error. I could not complete a backup until after rebooting the iPad. I have used the iPhone version for a while with no issues. This was the first time I had used the iPad version.

If you are certain you have done the "ALL league" on test and still missing, ( as you have indicated) ..FTM will need to look at your data, and most likely they will be able to recover the missing game (if you are on the most current version of iscore (3.09)

get a good Internet connection and
option export
Email support@iscoresports.com, with your device id for the iPad and describe the situation and missing game...
