Admin website - incompatible SQLite version

New to the forum and new to iScore. Please bear with me.

I am receiving the error message below when navigating to the Admin website - http:\\my.iscorecentral.com and entering my username/pw. I've already sent an email to the supprt email address below as instructed. They replied and told me they've updated and to perform an Import and try again. This did not resolve. Have emailed them back a couple times, but have gotten no response. Can anyone on these forums help?

Error Message:
The SQLite version on your device is not compatible with our server.

Please email us at support@iscorecentral.com and report that Customer ID <removed by me> is running an incompatible version of SQLite so we can take a look.

My info:
Device - HTC Inspire
Android version - v2.2.1
iScore version - v3.12.151
PC - Windows 7
Browser tried accessing URL - IE8, IE9, and Google Chrome

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We have found that a few newer HTC Android phones (including the Thunderbolt that we just picked up to test this and another issue out) are creating SQLite databases that are incompatible with our server. This does not cause any issues with scoring or the typical use of the system including iScorecasts, emailing out your data, etc. The issue is that the Admin Website, Team Websites, and Data Sharing need to read the database on our server, and the drivers on the server can not read the SQLite database created by these newer devices.

We are working on a fix for this as our top priority --- it is one of the many frustrations we knew would come up supporting an open system like Android where new devices appear on the market weekly that have different features / capabilities, and only a very loosely defined standard. Google has assured us that Android device are supposed to meet certain standards, but several issues like this have already come up with HTC seemingly being the biggest trouble maker.

Anyway, we are working on this issue, and will continue to address any issues that do come up as devices continue to hit the marketplace.

This has now been fixed! Version 3.15 is in the Android Market and fixes this issue. After getting the update, do an Options->Export from your device, and the Admin Website should work fine.

I can confirm that this update did fix my issue. I am now able to navigate to the admin website!
