I was scoring a game and, in 9th inning, the iPad suddenly turned off. When I turned iPad back on, the game I was scoring did not re-appear as a game file and I have no idea how to find it, or if it even exists anymore. Can anyone explain what happened, and how I can recover the game file to complete it? I have latest versions of both the iPad OS and the iScore app.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Game file disappeared
If you can do an Options->Export from within iScore, and email us your Customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscorecentral.com, we can take a look at your database.
We have never heard of an iPad "suddenly turning off". Did the battery die? Is there something wrong with the iPad itself? This sounds like something you may want to have checked by Apple.
