I tried buying the 2011 Roster update today a few times, and it kept telling me it couldn't connect to the iTunes store. Which is a lie, as I can connect to the store on my iPad.
Is this a true connection problem, or is this an app issue? Anyone else report this?

Tried again, still no luck. This time I captured the error dialog.
