Better Backend Management

I would love to see the iScore backend management portal improved. It is very confusing to manage multiple devices. I believe it would be much simpler on each iScore device to login to the website with a common email address and password instead of having to generate an admin site on your device, then go to the website and register the device to your email address. Keeping multiple devices updated with current data could also be improved. Perhaps even offer to keep several backup copies of the database. I would pay $5 a month or so for that privilege.

I would love to the see the backend also improved for clubs. I am responsible for ensuring all the teams that want to use iScore know how to use it. It would be much easier to be able to create multiple teams within the a single login and then assign devices to that particular team. Each team would also have its own database. Again, as a club I would be willing to pay a small amount for this convenience.

I agree on Admin Web Portal improvement for multi device users. and i think support has it under consideration.

the admiin web site, with registration, multiple device management and self service features, is very much improved over initial version 1 before there were multiple sports and many multiple device users. . .. The whole registration process and ability to move database from one device to another has been a huge step forward, I think they are on like version 3+ admin web site. but some user interface and organizational changes like you suggest would be a good next step for consideration in admin web site v4+
