Edit Misc Error & Foul ball location pitch by pitch editor

For future consideration... to add to list for enhancements down the road...
1- allow the pitch by pitch editor to "edit" the location of a foul ball
2 - Allow pitch by pitch editor to Un assign a Misc > Assign Error in pitch by pitch editor.. (Currently you can change who is assigned the error but can not un assign). I am not sure if this is possible due to dependencies... but thought i would suggest looking into it
