I am using iScore to score some old baseball games dating back to 1990 on the iPad. The date scroller on the game screen is suboptimal when scheduling games in prior years.
Instead of using a date scroller like this:
...
Wed Aug 7 || 12 || 24 || PM
Today || 12 || 24 || PM
Fri Aug 9 || 12 || 24 || PM
...
Could you change iScore to use a date scroller that is a little more flexible (the iPad's Settings use a date scroller that looks like this):
...
July || 07 || 2012
August || 08 || 2013
September || 09 || 2014
...
The current functionality works great if you are working in the current year, but not so great if you are trying to work a year or more in the past (or the future).

Re: Scrolling through dates in game scheduler
We will add your suggestion to our enhancement list.
That being said, the date scroller does not include the time element which is part of scheduling a game. 99%+ of users are scoring games for the current / upcoming dates, so we would not want to do anything to make extra steps for those users. We will keep this suggestion on our list however, and prioritize with the other items we have.

Re: Scrolling through dates in game scheduler
I'm able to change the date in the iPad's system settings as a workaround, so this is not a deal breaker. That being said, I have seen apps that integrate both the enhanced date scroller and a time control beneath it.
I appreciate you adding it to the enhancement list. 99% of your users may not use it, but it would be helpful for the occasional user who does need it.
Thanks!
