How do u score
Bases loaded 2 outs batter is walked. Runner on third misses home plate
Goes to dugout. Appeal is made and runner is out..
As soon as I record 4th ball runner is auto scored. Help

I think you will need to do a manual "workaround" in this usual and rare situation.

It is so unusual and would likely need to do it 'real time' on the fly (sorry to say, not sure you can edit your way back to it)

I would have hit undo, and gone back to the three ball count, advanced the runner from 3rd to home, and used the Run not scored button, and noted in the notes, " manually tricking score app, to account for this unusual situation. Reality batter is walked, and run forced in , but runner from third does not touch home - leaves playing field, called out , inning over...run does not count"

then ball 4, advance all runners and misc end inning.
