If there is a super bowl in football, each team plays away at a random stadium but however, if it is a Stanley cup game, one hockey team is playing at home so in other words, a hockey team will be able to win a Stanley cup game at home or the final Stanley cup game? In football, no team can win the super bowl at home though. Why is that?

A team can certainly win the Super Bowl at home. Just have to get there in a year your city has it.
Would you really think people would want to go to buffalo for a Super Bowl? Oof......

short answer - $$$$ Cities make more money hosting a big game with two out of town teams. They bid on the chance and NFL makes more money in the process. Also, neither team can claim home field advantage. Unlike NHL and MLB, which will likely play games in both team locations in a best of series, there is only one Super Bowl game.

But a team could have home field advantage. It's not a "neutral" site. It just hasn't happened yet

I refuse to recognize the existence of a sport that calls an object with pointed ends a ball.

Also in hockey, baseball and basketball both teams play at home and they are in a series.
Football is one game.
