Would it be possible to add a few more positions to the team dropdowns? RP, OF, UT, and CL would be really nice.
RP would be my most desirable position. It'd be nice to see on the lineup screen who the starters, relievers, closers are when playing my tabletop baseball games...ideally they would function the same as the regular pitcher, as in, you can set a RP as the starter, but to see them on the lineup screen in their normal role would be handy.
RP, OF, UT CL positions
Re: RP, OF, UT CL positions
are you talking about on the Team Web site or on the Hand Held Device.. ???
Re: RP, OF, UT CL positions
Well, what's driving this the following...I wrote a website that pulls data from the web to get roster data for a particular team and year. It spits out iScore friendly roster data, so I just paste that into the "batch add" box and voila, instant team. The problem is, the players from the positions listed above show up as a blank position on the dropdown list on the website...and if I don't manually fix it, they show up with a blank position on the hand held device when I import them as well.
Then, when I'm going to set a lineup. Furthermore, since I use iScore for playing tabletop games, I might not be familiar with a team's roster from some of those really old seasons, and if I can't specify that a pitcher is a RP or SP (or CL) when I'm playing the game, it makes it a little more difficult to quickly differentiate who the team's bullpen is and I have to look it up. I hope I'm making sense...

Re: RP, OF, UT CL positions
We will add this request to our enhancement list, but since it does not change / enhance core iScore functionality, it is probably going to remain a low priority.
