Traditional Box Score

Post by nkcaump » Wed Sep 23, 2009 8:24 am

Have you all considered an export feature that would make a traditional newspaper box score?

Sounds like you are already gathering all the data necessary for one, but just need to spit it into an appropriate template.

I am posting full Batting Stats for each game on our website, but what I really want is a box score similar to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Box_score_%28baseball%29" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false

About the only thing you don't capture could be meta fields such as attendance, umpires, location, etc. - Stuff you could really easily capture later in Game Manager.

Would love to see this added to the enhancements list!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! The program!!

Faithfully,

We actually have "newspaper style box score" specifically on our enhancements list. Thank you for including a link as well as that always clarifies what people are asking for.

We will likely be adding it to the iScore Central website at some point. Anyone that has not already joined that should look into doing so as we will continue adding features there. Visit http://my.iscorecentral.com for more information.

a beta version of newspaper style boxscores has been added to my.iscorecentral.com... click on the games tab then choose your game boxscore.

(not sure yet how to send it by email or send a link to it )
