Enter Runs when using End Inning

I am just looking to keep batting stats for my team. I utilized the Misc End Inning however how can I input the number of runs scored against us in that half inning?

You can create a fake player for the other team if you do not care about tracking their data and just enter a home run for each run scored by the other team, then use Misc -> End Inning.
