iScorecast - Make batter appear before first pitch

I noticed that the batter on iScorecast doesn't show up until there's been a pitch. When playing APBA (table top), often there are no individual pitches, so the batter rarely appears (occasionally I'll get a result of an individual ball or strike, but normally not). It would be nice if the batter appeared before any pitches.

Yes, have noticed this and agree. If out on first pitch you never see him.

We will be changing it to let the batter be seen longer after an out, but will not be showing the batter before the pitch. We need the first pitch event for a batter to know that a batter is actually up and there isn't more going on with runners, or that the game is over, or a pinch hitter, or whatever the case. When we get the first pitch for a batter, we can display him knowing his handedness, who it is, etc.
