Would it be possible to look at adding the international tiebreaker format to the ISCORE app? I don't think there is a way to set this up to be scored correctly, thanks for the consideration.

This can be accomplished using Misc -> Tiebreakers.
Set the appropriate runners to these bases in the setup and you are all set.

If its something different, can you explain the rules?
