Post by azstormmom » Tue Aug 09, 2011 2:53 pm

not sure if these has been asked for, but is there a way? or it would be nice if those that log into the team page that they have the ability to chose which league they want to view (either for games or stats)

on team sites, on stats page to the right, upper right corner is a league drop down list..

(for a league to be visible in the pick list., the league must first be assigned to the team on the device, (then exported) and for leagues to be selectable in the pick list on team site,, you must set the selection on settings page on team site to user selectable.)

(edited to include export, thks dan)

OhioTex is spot on but just for clarification. Once you assign the multiple leagues to the team you would need to export from your device in order for your website to recognize the multiple leagues.

When you click on the league button on the team web site, and say 10 leagues pop down can you select say 3 of these leagues, the same way you can select multiple leagues in iScore, to combine and look at, or are you restricted to "all" or only 1 league?

It is only single leagues on the team website.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!

Could multiple league choices be added as a future enhancement?

you touched on a good point bryan. there is a difference in "leagues" on device and team site. on device you can enable multiple filters at the same time, while on the team site only one league at a time.

. yes it has caused me to create leagues differently to view groups on the team site.. good clarification.

I had not thought of grouping "leagues" in iScore so that on the team web site you could view this grouping. Seems like a lot of leagues to create when it would be simpler to be able to select multiple leagues on team web site in order to see the results of different groupings.

At any rate every so often I get a good idea.

yep you have a good idea there and it would be simpler to select multiple leagues on team site than having to create a group and assign games to them the team and re export.. But it is doable, that way. At some point FTM will add the capability to the web site to select multiple leagues but it may be a while given all the other great ideas and priorities on their plate, so i just found a work around and ran with it for now.

As I will not have a team web site until next year (only 10 days left in this season) maybe it will be there next year. One can hope. Thanks for your, and everyone else associated with iScore, help. As usual EXCELLENT!!!!!
