Adding Players to a team

I've scored well over 100 games in travel ball this year and have never added a player using the Player Manager button. Due to the nature of tournament play, I ALWAYS add it through the Team Manager or mostly by using the Lineup feature during a game. However, both of these methods force you to push two buttons to add a player. The first one brings up a list of existing players and then you are forced to click a second button to add a new player.
Since I NEVER add a player from the existing player list and since I'm always rushed trying to get the players added as the game is starting, it would be great to eliminate one of the button steps in adding a new player. Maybe switch the order of the buttons and make the SECOND button be the one used to select a player from the existing list.
