Slap hit in softball

With so many slappers in fast pitch softball, it would be useful to have a slap hit button or some way to automatically indicate it was a slap hit - what we do now is to put it in the notes but it would be beneficial to have that for the description.

This is already on FTM's list of considerations. Your comment helps them to prioritise future enhancements. Thank-you. As a softball scorer, I also support this one.

I see this topic started over 3 years ago -- and we have had a LOT of updates - and still no slap hit added
A CHOP would be great to. We use the stats from previous games against girls/teams all season long. They carry over from club to high school. Knowing if they are a slap/chop hit helps position the infield.

Even Farther away from 2011 now, and I still don't see Slap as a list of options for a hitter. I'd also like to have a stat for this also to keep track of maybe a slapping average. Often times, we use a slap very similar to a sac bunt, which makes a girls overall batting average look bad, but they are very productive in moving runners.
