Substitutions on pitch by pitch

Is there a way to show what players are substituting (usually on defense) on the pitch by pitch? Right now it just shows "substitution" unless it's a pitcher. When having to rescore a game this would be very helpful since it affects fielding averages.

The pitch by pitch shows all substitutions when they happen in the appropriate event
The first event "game starts" being a special exception, as it shows the starting line Up card when you click edit.
For all the other events, The first line of the event is "substitution edit". When there is not any substitution activity in that event, that is all you see, but when a substitution is made in that event, then "who is substitute for who" text is written there.
You can scroll down to any event at any time and click "substitution edit" to bring up the substitution screen to see a snap shot of current offense or defense positioning.
