My idea is that when printing score cards you could have notes(if any) printed below the scorecard or on a next sheet . Have it in the following format:

Top(Bot) Inn#, AB# : Notes here

This request has come up a lot, and is something that will be seen in a future release.

Would also really like to see this. Would use notes more if it existed today.

My thought was to use footnotes. So, I know there is not much room on the scorecard as it exists, but I think the right edge middle has room. First plate appearance with at least one comment gets footnote 1, next PA w/ a comment gets 2, etc.

Then the actual comments are listed out on a separate sheet. If multiple comments for a single PA, then they would be in the format of 1a, 1b, etc.

This is essentially what we planned on doing. Might be a little different than the way you are suggesting, but the plan has been an indication in the scorecard that there are notes during that at bat, and a separate list of the notes. As you have seen, the box is pretty crowded, and yes, that is probably about the only sport that has any "free" space that can be used to designate there are notes.

I would also would love to make notes while scoring a game with visiting the pitch-by-pitch screen. Sometimes, I do not have time to get over to the note section as it is presently located. I love the footnote and placing a small number on the scorebook idea, but I will accept the footnotes being placed on a different page.

Notes print out on scorecard, has been a highly requested enhancement on this forum, I have heard rumors it is high on the list for future release (hoping so)

+1 - also having the ability to have notes print on the scoresheet!!
