Team Manager addition

It would be great to have a couple of additional fields on the Team Manager screen:
Team Location: For travel ball... to record where an opposing team is from.
Notes: To record general information about a team for future reference, e.g. "This is the team with the coach who goes ballistic over bad calls" or "These are the guys who were so nice to us after the game in Bristol", etc.
