Player Notes

I think I read somewhere that I can add player notes via the admin site. Is there a way to do that easily in the app, preferably during the game.

I have been using iScore to pre-enter lineups, it would be nice to have scouting notes on players, that can be easily accessed during their at bat.

Several times there has been a player I had notes on ( where to pitch him, where to move fielders, etc) but forgot to instruct the players because I am concentrating on the game and entering it.

The way I would like to see it implemented:
If the player has notes, have them show up either on the left side of the diamond (opposite) the prior at bat results. The notes could be toggled on and off the same way as the hit charts. If there is not room, perhaps those notes could be included as part of the information that is toggled through with the hit charts.

Having it on the player card is not very helpful, because you have to remember to look at the player card. Personally I find the player cards are distracting during the game. I need "notes" to augment the current hitting charts shown during an at bat, since that is what I use most when setting up the defense. These notes would serve as another tool to setup the defense.

Its not important (to me), and would be distracting to actually edit the notes in this situation - I simply want to have a read only view of scouting notes displayed during the at bat.

Editing the notes ideally would be done on the player page, either through the team ->roster or directly via the player.

The admin website is a nice feature, but would be somewhat tedious to use for this purpose, I'd want to enter notes on a player after a game, that I've just scored or in advance of a game when I a pre-setting the lineups.

Nice suggestion. We will add it to our enhancement list for future prioritization.
