Tie Breaker (California Rules)
I was really happy when I saw that there was a tie breaker feature today. I was curious though if I was missing a button. The California Rules we go by puts the batter last out on second (which Iscore does) but it also starts each team with one out. I could not find a way to do this with out messing up the batter that is supposed to be up. Is there any way to record an out with out actually using the batter tabs?
Re: Tie Breaker (California Rules)
iscore does not ask you how many outs to start a tie break inning, it assumes standard 0 outs to start and 3 outs to end..
I could provide some lengthy workaround ways to manipulate batting order and tie breaker set up screen, but I think, the best approach in your scenario would be to 'mentality change the paradigm' switch the assumption (for iscoreing) from out to start to two outs to end inning (for most part it is synonymous).
Then..
take the default 'tie break' suggestion (last out on second and next batter at plate) and just 'be off an out', (add a note if you need to for any iscorecast viewers)... Then score as you see it and after two outs, manually force half inning change ( misc > end inning).
Not perfect, but close.
Score book looks great and batter stats fine .
Repeat each half inning till over
(FYI if you get to the end and still tied and have a league that determines winner by rolling balls..I have no clue how to show that in iscore...Danmcc do you?)
