It would be very nice to quickly change teams from Home to Visitor after the coin flip.

Actually, there is a "swap Teams' button, you can tap, at start of game. I think it is under settings then lineups.

check that... When you create the game, you can hit "options" button while setting lineups and then hit "swap teams". You can access this even after you hit "play".

That is exactly what "swpa" is designed to do. It flops the Home Visitor lineups. just for coin flip scenarios like you described
