Admin Web Site - League Filters for Games and iScorecasts ta

Suggestion, add a league picker/filter option on the admin web site on the Games and iScorecast tabs,. At a minimum like you have on Teams tab or perhaps even something more sophisticated to select multiple or combination of leagues... just another fun thing to add to the hopper of ideas for future..
