Is there a way to enhance the software so that on an iPad you could use your finger to select and drag runners from base to base with an automatic popup of screen to show how they got there?

To advance a runner from one base to the next, just tap the runner, click Safe, (base), reason (steal, error, etc). (Safe is the default, so it is really just tap the runner, tap the base, tap the reason.) This is actually an easier operation than dragging to a particular location (which is a touch, carefully drag to the right spot on the screen, and release, then tap the reason anyway).
