Team Manager "save" button

Just a few usability items.
I know you're looking for consistency between the apps, but you have buttons in all 4 corners of the screen in team manager view, and a big empty space under the "name, team color,..." box. It seems really awkward to have to move your hand position to be able to get at the buttons "Cancel, Save, Team Stats, and Quick Roster." While perfect sense on a small iPhone screen, it just feels wrong on the iPad. I'm constantly hitting the "Quick Roster" button with the heal of my hand when moving for the team screen.
While a quick port from the iPhone version has us all happily scoring away, I think a deeper look into the screen real estate on the iPad would be a good thing.
Also, when adding names to a roster, can we have a "Add New Player" button on the roster screen? While I'm sure there are situations where you have a set of players that you are dividing up into teams, it seems more likely that if you are setting up a team, you are adding players from scratch. It just seems like a goofy second button push to say "add player", then "new player".
Just thoughts for down the road.
