Twittercast - Only Manual tweets

Twittercast is great, but for most of my viewers, is way to much info and I get people telling me that I'm overwhelming their feed. So, that being said, It would be nice to have options regarding exactly what is being automatically pushed out to our feeds, or even better maybe just an option to ONLY Send out Manual tweets when told. AKA: Don't automatically send anything, only send when I say to send.

Could this be added?
