Emailing
Emailing
I would like to see the ability to retain email address and select from the list who I wish to email game and overall stats to. Hard to remember all coaches email address.

Re: Emailing
I would like to add to that thought.
It would be nice to use the iPhone Contact directory to select people to email the stats to....obviously supporting more than one contact per email.
An enhancement of that would be if once a "mailing list" has been created for a team...if the program could remember that mailing list (with the ability to add/delete if necessary).

Re: Emailing
I could be mistaken, but I think there is a current restriction in the iPhone software that prevents applications from accessing core iPhone/iPod apps, like Contacts. From what I've been reading, this is going to change with the iPhone 3.0 software. As it stands though, I don't think FTM can add the ability to pull addresses from the Contacts.
I email the scorecard and stats to myself and then forward on to others in the Mail program. It is one extra step, but it keeps me from having to email multiple times from iScore and is really easy to do.

Re: Emailing
I do the same thing (two emails to myself 1 for the score sheet the other for the stats). Once I receive them...I combine and distribute to the team.
It looks like I'll be able to simply forward one email as I believe the next version (once released) will email both score sheet and stats at the same time.
Would still like to see this process enhanced to send both (score/stats) via a distribution list that can be built from the contact list (if the contact list is not accessible until 3.0....June (it is supposed to launch in June...isn't it?) is just around the corner.)

Re: Emailing
We have talked about this request in other threads. We intend to support better group emailing in a future release. It may come when we add the "web capabilities" to the application. We still have a few higher priority items (editing the scoring post game, some of the rules people need to be able to handle like tie-breakers and DP/Flex, etc). We are trying to make sure the highest priorities are the things we can't do, and secondarily enhancing the things we can (even if it is a little more difficult).
Thank you.
Thank you.
