On the "play" screen it would be nice to have some quick stats about the hitter (to save time switching back and forth to the player card) in the area on the bottom left of the diamond. (ablove the 'Ball" button)
Maybe something like:
EXAMPLE
2 for 3 (or whatever the current game plate appearance esults are..0 for 2, 1 for 5, 4 for 4, etc)
- Using standard calculations
FORMAT (in 2 separate columns)
# for # | ### AVG (BOLD RED)
# Hits | # Runs
# 2b | # RBI's
# 3b | # BB Walks
# HR | # Strike Outs
Where # is the total for each.
And ...finallay check box to toggle game stats vs season stats
Just one more....

Re: Just one more....
There is not really room on the screen for this information. We already show the previous at bat info... for example "2 for 3, Strikeout, Double, Home Run" and that text takes multiple rows depending on results of at bats.
The Player Card was the best compromise we could come up with... one click for the current batter, and you see season stats and game stats.

I see that now... the AVG and an "All Games" toggle sill would be nice.
