What pitch did this batter hit last time?

I get this question ALL of the time. it's the one thing I can't figure out how to easily accomplish.

It's the third time through the order, and our coach next to me is calling pitches. He constantly asks me, "What did we start this guy off with last time? What pitch did he hit to left field? etc."

I input this information with each pitch as it happens, but I have no way to refer back to it while scoring. If I could access this as each batter comes up, it would be off the charts awesome!
