Edit Tiebreaker Rules?

We played in a tournament this weekend that used California tiebreaker rules, but it included starting the inning with one out in addition to the man starting on 2nd. I don't see that there's a way to customize the tiebreaker rules - am I missing it? Thanks,

Just use Misc -> End Inning when two outs are reached.
