Allow manual entry of start time

Cannot tell you how many times I am late starting the timer and have to account for that in my head.it would be cool if I could click on the timer and see what time I actually started the clock and have an option to adjust that start time. An estimated end time would be nice too (ex: game time expired: 9:45.)

You can set the start time for the game by exiting out of the scoring screen (the Exit button), and tapping on the Start Time entry field on the Game Info screen and setting it to whatever you want. The "timer" will be adjusted accordingly when you go back into the game scoring screen.
