Roster changes

Keep changes made in game mode to team roster so available during next use. Also ability to see team a player is on in player manager.

Your first request is already available. Use misc-starting lineup-copy lineup to roster if you want changes made to the team lineup to be copies to the team roster. Players added, starting positions and batting order are copied and the default lineup for games added after the copy.
