MLB Mode for Substitutions

It would be nice to have an MLB mode where a player is removed from the lineup after a substitution.

If I pinch hit or pinch run, I'd like to get a warning in the next inning that I need to replace the player in the defense.

If I do a defensive substitution, I'd like to get a warning in the next inning that I need to replace the player in the batting order.
