Support for jersey number 00

We have a kid on our team with the jersey number of 00, but when I enter it in, it is changed to 0. Not sure if this will also happen with jerseys of 01, 02, 03, etc. Might be nice to allow these.

We currently allow these on iOS devices, but not Android. For now on Android, enter "100", "101", "102", "103", etc for those jerseys. When we add support to Android, those numbers will automatically show as "00", "01", "02", "03", etc.
