I've seen another app that's out there where you can set up alerts when a pitcher is reaching his maximum amount of pitches aloud for a game. I'd like to see "alerts" for pitch count be added as an option in settings. With this maybe set it up with multiple alerts where you can set it up as a 2 or 3 different alerts, i.e. 20-30-45 pitches. I'd let the user set the amount of pitches where they want to be alerted. Just a thought. This is important for Little League coaches where we are trying to use strategy by saving a kid for the next game (days of rest needed).
Does anyone else find this suggestions helpful?
Thanks for your attention,

Thank you for the suggestion. We actually have this one on our list for future enhancement, but your suggesting it again helps us prioritize.

Re: pitch count alert
This thread got me thinking - I *REALLY* like the idea of user selectable / configurable alerts. These are IN GAME alerts, and pertain to a single game.
In addition to a pitch count alert some of the others I thought of, that I don't always notice in a timely fashion.
"Note Alert" - Reminder - Allow a note to be attached to a specific player. Basically add a button to the existing notes to save the note as an alert. So the next time a player comes up the note is displayed. (The note should also be appended to the player card)
"courtesy runner alert" - shows eligible courtesy runners based on game settings (last out if batting all, sub if not) when a catcher or pitcher reaches base.
"Big hitter alert" - shows up if the play has a history of extra base hits
"Bunter" - pops up when a player has a history of bunting
Using "leagues" wider scope alerts are possible:
"Innings Pitched" - a lot of tournaments have innings pitched rules. It would be great if there was an alert that comes up when adding a pitcher that shows how much they have pitched - season, last X days, or a breakdown by "league"
"Innings Caught" - Alert when a catcher is behind the plate for a long time

@webshowpro.. all interesting.
in the past we have talked about their being other "evolutions" of iscore beyond the original scorebook metaphor.. eg. iscore anlaytics, iscore pitcher, iscore league.. i think you are onto yet another evolution idea, "iscore manager" so to speak. thought provoking for FTM and the developers i am sure. thanks for the continued ideation and helping to continue to push iscore forward.
