I might just be missing it, but during a game it would be nice to quickly be able to see how many out a pitcher has in the game.

Tap the option button in the bottom right on iOS and the stats for the game will come up. Press the menu button on an Android device to view stats. You will then be able to see all stats for your pitchers for the current game.

if you are trying to see specifically the "number of outs" in a game.. you will not see a desecrate stat column for that. you will see batters faced, and innings.. you can calculate the "number of outs" quickly by number of innings pitched times 3 plus the decimal value, (they use the .1, .2 convention for partial innings 1 out, 2 outs )
