I had a game where we changed the batting order and then created the game, the order is not in line up order for the stats. I just tested making a change to the roster and creating the game - same thing again. Once the game is created and I go into it and get the screen where you can change the lineups for the game, if I switch a player and then switch them back to their original position and start the game the stats will be in line up order.
